Steven Meehan

Steven Meehan is the current EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Kadmon. Steven has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Meehan began their career at UBS Investment Bank in 1999, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Managing Director and COO of the Healthcare Group. In this role, they were responsible for leading the group's mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and risk advisory work.

In 2008, Meehan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of UBS Russia and CIS. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the bank's operations in the region, including business development, talent recruitment and retention, compensation and succession planning, public and media relations, community affairs, and charity programs. Steven also served as Chairman of the Board of OOO UBS Bank and ZAO UBS Securities.

In 2011, Meehan left UBS to join Moelis & Company as Managing Director of the Healthcare Group. In this role, they led the development of the Life Sciences and Advanced Diagnostics Sectors, and managed transactions in both the private and public sectors related to client growth and development.

Meehan joined Kadmon in December 2017 as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading Kadmon's financial strategy and operations.

Steven Meehan's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
