Justus Schmueser

Justus Schmueser is a Co-Founder at Kadmos. Justus was previously a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Teaching Assistant at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management from December 2015 to May 2016, where they held recitations in corporate finance and microeconomics for up to 70 students. Justus also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2015 to August 2015. Their first internship was with Bain & Company from June 2014 to August 2014, where they worked as an Associate Consulting Intern.

Justus Schmueser holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an Exchange Semester from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Justus also holds an Abitur from the Beethoven-Gymnasium and attended Archer City High School.
