David Montesó

David Montes is an experienced military leader and human resources specialist with a diverse background in various roles within the United States Army Reserve, including Troop Commander and Company Commander of an Headquarters and Headquarters Company. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the health, welfare, training, and morale of over 75 Soldiers. Montes also served as a Human Resources Specialist, providing vital support for Soldiers' welfare and maintaining administrative data. In addition to military service, Montes has held positions at the Nevada System of Higher Education as a Retirement Plan Coordinator and Administrative Assistant II, and as a student at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where involvement in the Student Nutrition and Dietetics Association included community education initiatives. Earlier experience as a Ramp Agent for Southwest Airlines and a Cavalry Scout in the US Army further showcases a well-rounded skill set. Montes holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
