Paul Lamb

Paul Lamb is an experienced commercial leader with a comprehensive background in quantity surveying and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Commercial at KAEFER UK & Ireland since May 2022, Paul has previously held roles including Commercial Director at A&P Group Limited and Senior Commercial Manager at KAEFER UK & Ireland. Significant experience includes managing commercial operations for major projects at Quanta EPC and serving as Commercial Manager for substantial contracts at both The MGL Group and Cape plc. With a foundation in quantity surveying established at Nottingham Trent University, Paul also has a history of entrepreneurship as the director of Optima Construction Ltd and consultancy work at Lamb Construction Services Ltd.
