Corinne O'Connell

Head of Customer Operations at Kaelo

Corinne O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Corinne started their career at Friday's Riverside in 2010, where they served as a Function and Office Manager for three years. In 2013, Corinne joined the Brisbane Urology Clinic as a Senior Receptionist and eventually took on the role of Office Manager. Corinne worked there until September 2016.

In October 2016, Corinne briefly worked at Antler as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, and then moved on to Ballymore in December 2016. At Ballymore, they worked as a Front of House | Customer Experience Team Assistant until June 2017.

Since 2017, Corinne has been working at Kaelo, starting as an Office Manager and later transitioning into the position of Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Customer Operations, a role they assumed in January 2022.

Corinne O'Connell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from the years 2008 to 2012.
