Brent Bearden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brent started their career at Surfside Sports in 1999, where they served as Manager and Buyer for one of Southern California's leading surf, skate, and snow shops. During their time there, they successfully doubled sales of wetsuits and surfboards through vendor clinics and training sessions. In 2007, Brent joined Luxottica Group as a Team and Events Coordinator. Brent then moved on to Arnette Eyewear/Oakley in 2011, where they worked as a Sports Marketing Specialist. In this role, they managed various athletes and created successful marketing campaigns, including the Cash Pot Surf Series and the "Multiple Personality Disorder" videos. From 2013 to 2015, Brent served as an Alternative Marketing Manager at Arnette Eyewear, where they focused on building strong relationships with retailers and achieving business goals. In 2015, they joined Kaenon as the Marketing Manager, responsible for overseeing domestic sales, athlete relations, and content creation. Currently, Brent holds the position of Brand Director at Kaenon.
