Sarah Castillo

Sarah Castillo currently serves as an Associate Registrar at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC, working with the Office of the Registrar at Trinity University since May 2023. Previously, Sarah spent nearly a decade at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, holding the positions of Associate Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Records Management Specialist I/II, and Enrollment Customer Service Specialist. Expertise includes using Ellucian Colleague and Banner systems, managing a high volume of registrar requests, resolving registration and grading issues, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Furthering professional development, Sarah is pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics and Visualization at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Sarah also holds a Master’s degree in Bicultural Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
