Steve Jones

Steve Jones is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Chair and Advisory Board Member for SCORE Mentors since June 2017, Steve also provides senior consulting services at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC, and volunteers as an Executive Advisor for Pacific Community Ventures to mentor small businesses. Previously, Steve held prominent positions such as Chief Marketing Officer at Argo Group International Holdings and Vice President of Marketing Research and Analysis at USAA, demonstrating a strong background in market segmentation, circulation planning, and campaign execution. Steve's earlier roles include Vice President of Direct Marketing at Golfsmith and Vice President of Marketing at The TJX Companies, complemented by a foundational experience as Director of Marketing at Fingerhut.
