Abdulrahman Balaa

Abdulrahman Balaa is an accomplished professional in retail sales and leasing, currently serving as the Director of Retail Sales & Leasing at KAFD since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Abdulrahman's expertise spans over a decade, with significant experience at JLL as Senior Manager for Retail Leasing in KSA, where responsibilities included retail advisory, tenant representation, and leasing strategy. Prior roles include Head of Leasing Department at Al Khozama, successfully managing a diverse portfolio and maintaining high occupancy rates, as well as experience in property management and co-founding a marketing firm.
