David Stelfox has over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry. David began their career in 2003 at Sky as an Airtime Manager, where they were responsible for the management and development of four Airtime Management executives and two assistants. David was also responsible for the induction and training programme for all new starters across the company. In 2017, they joined Kafoodle as the Head of Client Services, where they are responsible for onboarding clients, providing system training to new and potential clients, managing the CRM, and engaging with clients to inform of system development.
David Stelfox obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Media Technology from Farnborough College of Technology between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Norlington School For Boys from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained 9 GCSE's between A* - C. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from ILM; Manager HD in January 2016, and Leadership Excellence in January 2015.
