Grant Sterling

Grant Sterling has extensive experience in technology and operations management, with a career spanning over three decades in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Grant serves as the Manager of Business Applications at KAG Canada, a position held since July 2018. Previous roles include Technical Account Manager at Fleet Complete, Supervisor of IT Service Delivery at SMS Equipment, and Branch Manager at Triton Transport Ltd. Grant has a strong background in IT service delivery, technical consulting, and operational management, having implemented ITIL best practices and managed teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Grant's technical expertise was further developed as Product and Operations Manager for TELUS's GPS fleet tracking solution and as a Senior Systems Analyst for the City of Calgary EMS. Grant earned a degree in Computer Systems Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
