Randy Riddell

Randy Riddell has had a diverse work experience spanning several positions and roles throughout their career. Randy began in 1989 with YRC Freight, where they progressed through various operational positions, eventually becoming the Manager - Field Systems Engineering. Randy then took on the role of Manager Operations - Reverse Logistics Warehousing, overseeing three warehouses and managing real estate projects. From 2005 to 2006, they served as the Sr. Enterprise Project Manager, managing the integration of MIQ and USF Logistics and overseeing the conversion of operating companies onto a shared invoicing and credit platform. In 2006, they became the Director Projects and Rollouts at YRC Freight, leading multiple departments and serving as the Director of YRCW Reverse Logistics. In 2012, they joined NILCO as the General Manager, responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, operations, finance, and human resources. Randy successfully grew revenue and increased margins during their time there. In 2015, they joined Kenan Advantage Group Inc as the Director, Logistics Operations, and later assumed the role of VP Logistics Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they became the SR VP Logistics Operations at KAG Logistics.

Randy Riddell completed an Executive Program in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from North Carolina State University between 1986 and 1989.
