Scott's career began in the restaurant industry with TGI Friday's, where responsibilities included Director of Financial Analysis from 1999 to 2004, Regional Operations Manager and General Manager from 1991 to 1999, and Manager from 1989 to 1991. Scott earned education at the University of Arizona from 1987 to 1989.
