Scott Eckert

Scott Eckert has extensive experience in operations planning and analysis, currently serving as Vice President of Operations Planning & Analysis at Kahala-Cold Stone since 2018. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Sr. Director of Operations Planning and Analysis at Kahala Brands from 2004 to 2017. Scott's career began in the restaurant industry with TGI Friday's, where responsibilities included Director of Financial Analysis from 1999 to 2004, Regional Operations Manager and General Manager from 1991 to 1999, and Manager from 1989 to 1991. Scott earned education at the University of Arizona from 1987 to 1989.
