Edith Doosje

Edith Doosje is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and organizational change management. Currently serving as Algemeen directeur and PCM mastertrainer at PCM Community Nederland & België since August 2010, Edith focuses on enhancing communication and connection. Additionally, as owner of Compassion Company, a venture aimed at fostering compassion in the world, and a certified mastertrainer in Process Communication Model® at Kahler Communications, Inc. since July 2019, Edith empowers individuals and organizations to recognize and utilize strengths. Previous roles include leadership training at Add Fuel, interim management at Edith Doosje inc., and various marketing and management positions at organizations like Thika Travel and ING. Educational achievements include advanced certifications in Process Communication and business communications degrees from Radboud University and the University of Wolverhampton.
