Paul McVay

Paul McVay has extensive experience in sales and use tax, currently serving as a Sales and Use Tax Specialist at Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. since 2006. Responsibilities include conducting sales and use tax compliance reviews, managing refunds through reverse audits, overseeing tax nexus and voluntary disclosures, providing audit defense, and conducting tax research and consulting. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Barker Steel, LLC from June 2005 to December 2006 as a Sales and Use Tax Specialist, and served as Chief Revenue Agent for the Rhode Island Division of Taxation from August 1984 to July 2005. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Rhode Island, obtained in 1972.
