Arielle Scholz

Arielle Scholz has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Partners at Kahua since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at World Wide Technology as a Digital Program Director from September 2021 to May 2022.

Arielle'sprevious experience includes roles at EY, where they served as a Manager in the Transformation Design & Execution Practice from October 2019 to September 2021. Arielle also worked as a Senior Consultant at EY from September 2016 to October 2019.

Before joining EY, Arielle worked at Parsons in various capacities. Arielle was a Regional Manager and Project Manager from May 2013 to April 2015, a Construction Manager from July 2011 to May 2013, an Associate Construction Engineer Specialist from December 2008 to July 2011, and a Project Management Intern from May 2006 to December 2008.

Arielle'searliest role was as a Construction Management Intern at Heery International from May 2005 to August 2005.

Throughout their career, Arielle has been involved in strategic planning, program management, business transformation, and construction management. Arielle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in stakeholder relationship building, and a commitment to organizational development.

Arielle Scholz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Arielle pursued further education at Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Strategy and Management. In addition to their degrees, Arielle also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Arielle became a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) in April 2015, a Project Management Professional (PMP) in October 2013, and a LEED AP in April 2009. Arielle also obtained an OSHA 30-Hour Certification in Construction Safety & Health from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in April 2010. Most recently, in February 2018, Arielle received the Certified Scrum Master designation from the Scrum Alliance.
