Kati Marwitz, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Kati began their career in 1986 as the Owner of Powerlogic Systems, a software dealership for accounting and estimating systems geared specifically for the construction industry. In 1997, they moved to Constructware as a Sales Account Executive, where they developed the territory for Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Missouri. Kati was then promoted to Solutions Group Trainer, Consultant and Senior Advisory Consultant, and developed the first Communication Specification for a client. In 2006, they joined Autodesk as a Senior Manager - EMIA Market Development and Professional Services Consulting Manager - AEC Sales Group. In 2009, they moved to Abbott as a Senior Manager - Engineering Excellence, Manager Business Solutions and Manager of Project Controls. In 2016, they joined Kahua as VP, Strategy and Director - Strategic Market Development. In this role, they were responsible for overall market development and growth outside of the United States, and helped launch the Kahua Partner Network in 2017.

Kati Marwitz holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, which they earned in 2013. Kati attended Governors State University from 1986 to 1988 and Northern Illinois University from 1983 to 1987.
