Jai Shah

Jai Shah is an experienced executive with a robust career in the consulting and workforce solutions sectors. As CEO and Co-founder of Kahuna Workforce Solutions, Jai also holds the position of Managing Partner at both Hula Partners and LongBridge Consulting. Prior experience includes serving as the SAP HCM National Practice Director at ACS Systech Integrators and as a Global SAP Solutions Architect and Director of Enterprise Architecture at SAIC. Jai Shah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland between 1991 and 1994.
