Kai Frazier has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2018, they were the Founder & CEO of Kai XR and a Board of Directors member for the Museum Computer Network (MCN). Kai also worked as an Entrepreneur for Founder Gym and was an Oculus VR Fellow for Facebook's 2018 Oculus VR Launch Pad. In 2019, they were an Innovation Lab Entrepreneur In Residence at the Kapor Center. In 2020, they were a Social Impact Entrepreneur for Techstars, and in 2021, they became an Entrepreneur In Residence for T-Mobile. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum from 2015-2018 and a Digital Account Manager for DDC from 2014-2015.

Kai Frazier received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theirtory from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Phoenix in Secondary Education and Teaching. In 2015, they received a Project Management Principles certification from Management Concepts Inc. Kai also holds a Virginia Postgraduate Professional License- Secondary (7-12) Social Studies from the VA Department of Education.
