Kaiban: The AI Agent Management System for Airlines

As AI adoption accelerates in aviation, airlines are deploying AI agents to enhance operations, optimize workflows, and integrate across legacy systems. However, without a structured management system, these agents become isolated, difficult to oversee, and hard to scale.

Airlines need a centralized platform to manage their AI workforce.
Kaiban provides the infrastructure to build, train, and oversee AI agents within an intuitive, Kanban-based command center. Instead of fragmented AI deployments, airlines gain a structured environment to manage their agents effectively.

Why AI Agents Need a Home

Visibility & Control – Without a management system, AI agents operate in silos, making oversight and governance difficult.

Scalability – As AI adoption grows, airlines need a structured framework to deploy, track, and optimize their AI workforce.

Knowledge Retention – AI agents accumulate valuable operational knowledge. A centralized platform ensures this intelligence remains within the airline, not with external vendors.

Seamless Human-AI Collaboration – AI agents must integrate with human teams, processes, and legacy systems in a structured, trackable way.
