Ivan Tregear

Ivan Tregear has worked as a Sailing Instructor at The AHOY Centre from September 2016 to November 2018, a Director at Apollo Tech LTD from January 2019 to March 2022, and a Voice Over Artist at Say So Voices from June 2012 to present. Ivan also worked as an Engineering Intern at TTP plc from July 2021 to September 2021, where they undertook a 10-week summer internship as an Engineering Consultant, mainly focused on medical devices and conducted a project aimed at designing a shape-sensing feedback system for an endoluminal robot. Additionally, from July 2022 to September 2022, they performed an internship as a Robotics Engineer at Ocado Technology, working on novel end effector transmission technologies within the Haptics & Dexterity team to create a fully working proof of concept. Lastly, Ivan Tregear will work as a Founding Engineer at KAIKAKU starting from June 2023.

Ivan Tregear completed their A-Levels from Saint Olaves Grammar School in the year 2019, with a focus on Physics, Maths, Further Maths, and Chemistry. Ivan then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, starting in the year 2019 and expected to complete in 2023.
