Honorio Garcia

Honorio Garcia is an accomplished professional in the coffee industry with extensive experience in roasting, training, and café management. As Principal CEO at Trike Koffee Roasters since February 2017, Honorio oversees a micro-roastery providing specialty coffee to cafes and individuals, along with offering workshops and courses related to coffee. Honorio also serves as an Authorized Trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association and holds the title of Q-Grader at the Coffee Quality Institute. Additional roles include leading Trike Koffee, a mobile café, managing Cafe El Vagon, directing Cafetaza, and providing training and quality control at Cafes Foronda. Honorio has contributed to the Forum Cultural del Café as a sensory judge and advisor in coffee shop implementation at La Vitoriana. Educational background includes a vocational degree in electricity from Jesus Obrero.
