Gwenllian Hughes is a highly accomplished professional in the film and television industry, currently serving as Creative Director, Exec Producer, and Founder of Kailash Films, an award-winning, female-led factual independent production company based in Wales since October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Producer at Raw TV, where projects were produced for Netflix and Channel 4 from 2020 to 2022, and extensive freelance work as a Producer/Director from February 2013 to 2020, during which Gwenllian produced multiple award-winning documentaries. Earlier experience includes positions as Head of Business & Production at Indus Films Limited, Producer/Director at Indus Films, and roles in the BBC's art department for the series Doctor Who.
