Lachlan Smith

Lachlan Smith is an experienced Associate Lawyer at Kain Lawyers, with a focus on private and public M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, banking and finance, capital structuring, and transaction disputes since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Law Clerk and Seasonal Law Clerk at Johnson Winter & Slattery, specializing in energy and resources, corporate law, restructuring and insolvency, and dispute resolution.
