Beau Kyster

Beau Kyster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Workday implementation and pre-sales leadership. Currently serving as Director of Pre-Sales for the Americas at Kainos since August 2025, Beau oversees a team of solution architects to deliver tailored solutions for complex HCM and Financials transformations. Prior to this role, Beau held multiple positions at CrossVue, including Associate Director of Deployment Strategy and Managing Consultant, focusing on system architecture and leading a Center of Excellence for Workday Accounting Center products. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at CrossCountry Consulting and Accenture, as well as internships in investment banking and mechanical engineering. Beau holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
