Colette Kidd

Colette Kidd serves as the Chief People Officer at Kainos, a position held since July 1997, where responsibilities have included oversight of recruitment, training, and staff development. Previously, Colette was the Head of People and Head of Talent Development at Kainos. Prior to this role, Colette gained extensive experience at Microsoft from June 1995 to November 1996, starting as a Trainee Software Engineer and progressing to positions such as Senior Software Engineer and Senior Business Consultant. Colette holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from Ulster University, completed in 1997, and has foundational education from Assumption Grammar School Ballynahinch and St Joseph's Primary School Carryduff.
