Dean Schirwing has extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in instructional design and training delivery across various sectors. At GP Strategies Ltd, from February 2015 to January 2021, Dean worked as an Instructional Systems Designer, focusing on e-learning content solutions using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, while exploring innovative learning technologies. Currently, as a Digital Consultant at Kainos since January 2021, Dean builds upon previous roles at Co-operative Bank and Co-operative Financial Services, where significant contributions included the design of the FirstVision e-Learning Training Suite and training initiatives for high-profile projects impacting over 1300 employees. Dean’s expertise extends to operations training and program transformation, highlighted during a brief tenure at NewDay, where leadership in developing training materials and programs was demonstrated.
