Tracey Deane is an experienced professional with a diverse background in local government and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Strategic Planning Advisor at Kaipara District Council since October 2020, Tracey has also fulfilled the role of Governance Advisor, managing various council committees and leading the project delivery of the council's Annual Report and Annual Plan. Prior experience includes a role at Waikato Regional Council in the Science & Strategy Directorate, where Tracey coordinated significant regional projects, as well as a Democracy Advisor position.
