Juan C. Castillo has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in business development, sales, and operations management. Castillo has held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, working across different regions and departments. Currently, as the Business and Commercial Development Manager at Kairos Aerospace, Castillo focuses on new business opportunities in methane emissions detection. Castillo holds a degree in Financial Acumen and Managerial Decision Making from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a Masters Degree in General Management from Universidad de Oriente (VE).
