Johnny Cheng

Johnny Cheng has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Johnny is currently the Operations Director at Kairos Group since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Operations and Delivery at Hex Digital from September 2019 to November 2021. Johnny also worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Bolt Digital from March 2019 to September 2019 and at Complete Digital from July 2018 to February 2019. Johnny held various roles at STEAK Group (Dentsu Aegis Network), including Operations Director from September 2015 to June 2018, Business Director from August 2014 to August 2015, and Account Director from January 2012 to July 2014. Before that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at iCrossing from September 2010 to January 2012, an Account Manager at Tamar from April 2008 to September 2010, and an Account Manager at Acxiom from November 2006 to March 2008.

Johnny Cheng obtained a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Surrey in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, French, and Spanish from the same university between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained the IPA Advanced Commercial Certificate from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising in January 2016.
