ChienHo Lin

ChienHo Lin has a diverse and extensive work history in design and project management. ChienHo began their career as a Senior Designer at Devlin Design Group in 1996, where they worked until 2002. Following this, ChienHo worked as a Designer at Young + Co., Inc. from 2002 to 2004, and then as a Designer at idea|span from 2004 to 2008.

In 2008, ChienHo joined Tawa Supermarket, Inc. as a Project Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for construction project management, facility management, and supermarket store design until 2016.

Following their tenure at Tawa Supermarket, Inc., ChienHo joined Pieology Pizzeria in 2016 as a Design Manager. In this role, they were responsible for design standards management and implementation, as well as construction, equipment, and procurement management. ChienHo also developed a new prototype store layout standard.

From 2017 to 2018, ChienHo worked at Starbucks as a Design Program Manager. In this role, they managed a portfolio of new store projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet design and brand expectations, cost and schedule requirements, and operational functionality.

Most recently, ChienHo joined Kairos Investment Management Company in 2019. ChienHo started as a Design/Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Design/Project Manager in October 2020. The details of their role at Kairos Investment Management Company beyond the start date are not provided.

ChienHo Lin has a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts with an emphasis in Interior Design from San Diego State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Seafood HACCP Alliance Training from Cornell University and the National Seafood HACCP Alliance Distance Education Program in April 2016. ChienHo also has a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification from Cornell University Cooperative Extension in March 2016, a Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) Certification from the Food Industry Business Roundtable (FIBR)- Mas Hori & Associates in March 2016, and an EPA 608 Universal Certification from the esco Institute in December 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their NCIDQ certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification in August 2007 and a LEED Accredited Professional certification from USGBC in October 2006.
