Rhonda Reynolds is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Projects at Kairos Power since May 2021, Rhonda is involved in the development of a next-generation Molten Salt cooled Small Modular Reactor, focusing on the construction of R&D facilities. Prior to this role, Rhonda held positions as Principal Engineer - Site Electrical at UNM Hospitals and Facilities Manager at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. Rhonda's earlier career includes roles as Manager of Facilities Electrical Engineering at Lopez Engineering, Senior Engineer at Bridgers & Paxton Consulting Engineers, Inc., and Senior Engineer at Larson Binkley, Inc. Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1993.
