Steve Kincaid

Steve Kincaid is a distinguished engineer specializing in safety-related instrumentation and controls at Kairos Power since June 2021. Previously, Steve held the role of principal engineer for RPS at Sargent & Lundy from April 2019 to June 2021 and served as a consultant manager at Fluor Corporation from April 2015 to April 2019. With extensive experience in compliance engineering and design interface with plant NSSS vendors, Steve has also held positions such as control systems engineer at Limerick Generating Station and I&C design engineer at Babcock & Wilcox in 2014. Steve's career began in 1987 with Nuclear Energy Consultants, and educationally, Steve obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fairmont State University between 1973 and 1982.
