Saumyata Khare has a work experience spanning over several years in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Saumyata currently works as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Kairos Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Recruiter at The IT Mind from October 2021 to January 2022. Before joining The IT Mind, they were a Process Associate at HCL Technologies from July 2018 to September 2021.

From 2014 to 2017, Saumyata Khare attended St. Joseph's Academy Ghaziabad. During this time, they pursued a degree in FDGT, specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design.
