Geoff Taylor, Jr. began their career in 2016 as Kitchen Staff at a Chick-fil-A Franchise. In 2018, they shadowed the lead business analyst, QA leader, and marketing data analytics expert at SOLTECH, Inc. This experience led to a part-time internship at SOLTECH in 2019, where they worked directly with the executive team to build a pipeline of highly skilled technical resources. Also in 2018, they worked as a Digital Content Intern at SIDEARM Sports, where they had a hand in the creation of over 20 Division 1 college websites. In 2020, they worked as Operations Support Engineer and Data Analytics Intern at CarynHealth, where they promoted Universal Health Shares to new members through customer service lines and curated and organized spreadsheets. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Support Engineer at Kairos, a fast-growing venture-backed startup, where they interface between Sales and Engineering and acts as a product expert.

Geoff Taylor, Jr. attended Wesleyan School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their high school diploma. Geoff then attended Syracuse University School of Information Studies from 2016 to 2020, where they earned their degree in Information Management and Technology, with a focus in Data Analytics.
