Spencer Bomstein

Spencer Bomstein has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate and hospitality industry. From 2021 to present, they have been working as the VP Commercial Investments for F+B Hospitality Leasing Brokerage, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage in Miami, FL. In 2022, they began working as an Account Executive for Kairos, a leading Water Management and Risk Prevention Hardware/SaaS company. In 2018, they became a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate for Beacon Hill Property Group. In 2017, they took on the role of Digital Asset Management for HODL Investments, LLC. In 2016, they were an Inside Sales Consultant for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where they managed and serviced a portfolio of over 400 accounts in Minnesota. In 2015, they were an Auxiliar de profesor de inglés for Xunta de Galicia, where they taught English to primary grade school (ages 6-11). Also in 2015, they were a Private Suites and Event Staffing for Comcast Spectacor. In 2011, they were the Co-Creator and Part-Owner of Heliatrope, LLC. In 2014, they were a Staff, Translator and Photographer for Rein Teen-Tours, providing essential translation of Spanish to English for all staff, liaison for program director, and responsible for management of teen community service groups. In 2012, they were a Sales and Development for Economic Development Consultants, working on the original Economic Development Zones in Miami-Dade County.

Spencer Bomstein attended Florida State University from 2010 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. In 2019, they obtained a Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Spencer also holds certifications from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust for WSET Level 1 Sake and WSET Level 2 Spirits with Distinction.
