Cody Worrell

Cody Worrell is a commercial real estate manager who has experience developing pro forma statements, analyzing leases, and drafting detailed abstracts summarizing key lease clauses, economics, and options. Cody has also reviewed real estate tax bills and legislation to draft pertinent reports for assets under management.

Worrell has a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Cody interned at the Crawford Group in both 2015 and 2016 as a marketing analyst. In 2017, they began working as an account manager at Dreyer Wine, LLC. Cody left this position in 2020 to take on their current role at Kairos.

Cody Worrell earned a BS in Political Science and Government from Thomas Jefferson University.
