Diego Aguinsaca

Diego Aguinsaca is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology expert with extensive experience in engineering and innovation. As Co-Founder and CTO of FORZA Laser since 2021, Diego has been instrumental in developing advanced CO2 and fiber laser machines for the metalworking industry. Additionally, as a Kairos Fellow, Diego focuses on empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to tackle significant global challenges. Previously, as CTO and Co-founder of NANOX 19, Diego played a key role in producing over half a million face shields within three months during the pandemic. Diego's journey also includes roles such as Judge for the History Channel's "Una idea para cambiar la historia," Founder and CEO of HandEyes, and Co-Founder and CTO of SAIS 3D, where one of Ecuador's first 3D printers was developed. Diego holds an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
