Dushyant Palriwal

Dushyant Palriwal is an experienced professional with a strong background in business leadership and design. As the Managing Director of Crestia Polytech Pvt. Ltd. since November 2014, Dushyant oversees operations at a blow moulding water tank manufacturing company in Bihar, India, leading a team of over 30 officials. Dushyant has also been a Global Fellow at the Kairos Society since May 2014, contributing to a network dedicated to empowering emerging global leaders to address pressing issues. As the Founder and Business Strategist at Perdix Business Solutions since March 2013, Dushyant has successfully managed client projects and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes a User Experience Design Internship at TheTradeStreet and co-founding TripEngineers, an online travel marketplace. Dushyant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design from IIT Guwahati, completed between 2010 and 2014.
