Taylor Converse

Taylor Converse has been working in the field of customer service for over ten years. They began their career as a Substitute Teacher in 2009 and then transitioned to working as a Child Life Intern at The Hospital for Sick Children. In 2010, they became a Certified Child Life Specialist and worked at New York Hospital Queens until 2013. In 2014, they began working as a Nanny in NYC and Sag Harbor. In October 2015, they began working at VIDERI Inc. as the Live Operations Manager. They have been with Kairos since October 2021.

Taylor Converse has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Life from East Carolina University. They also have an Advanced Science Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Osbourn Park High School. Lastly, they are certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
