Shaena Grim

Shaena Grim, MBA, currently serves as the Interim Development Manager at KairosPDX, where the mission focuses on addressing racial achievement and opportunity gaps by developing confident and compassionate leaders. Prior to this role, Shaena held the position of Chief of Staff at The BFM Fund, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting Black and diverse founders. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and First Republic Bank, as well as roles in sales and management at Kashi Clinical Laboratories and Old Navy. Shaena obtained a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University.
