Andrea Vandall

Andrea Vandall is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist at Manitoba Hydro since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at Manitoba Public Insurance, including Manager of HR Business Partnerships and Human Resources Business Partner, from May 2011 to October 2023. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Great-West Life from February 2008 to May 2011 and as a Human Resource Administrator at MGI Financial from October 2005 to February 2008. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1999 and 2004, and is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning by the Human Capital Institute.
