Colleen Nolting has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as the Engineering & Maintenance Business and Continuous Improvement Manager at Kaiser Aluminum since 1996. Colleen has held various positions within the company, including Capital Purchasing Manager, where a new team was developed to enhance company-wide project efforts and played a key role in the CMMS upgrade and rollout. In addition, Colleen has progressed through numerous roles in purchasing, including Purchasing Manager, with responsibilities encompassing MRO warehouse management and ERP implementations. Colleen has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Class at Gonzaga University since August 2014.
