Fred Musante has extensive experience in operations management and training within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Casting Operations Manager at Kaiser Aluminum since January 2016, Fred has led teams of over 30 personnel in the production of aluminum alloys for aviation and automotive applications. Previously, Fred worked as the Aviation Training Manager for the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee, overseeing aircraft mechanic apprenticeship programs. Fred's earlier roles include Program Manager/Training Leader for the Department of the Air Force Civilian and Logistics Policy and Procedure Manager for the United States Air Force, where Fred focused on process improvement, training development, and operational efficiency. Fred holds an MBA from Webster University and various degrees in workforce development and aircraft maintenance technology.
