Joseph Ames is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and manufacturing processes, currently serving as the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Kaiser Aluminum since February 2012. In this role, Joseph is responsible for enhancing the quality management system and improving manufacturing processes through lean and six sigma methodologies. Previously, Joseph worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Sandvik Special Metals, LLC, designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment.
