Robert LaFrance is an accomplished operations and plant manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Kaiser Aluminum since April 2022, Robert has a proven track record of driving efficiency and process improvements. Prior roles include Campus Operations Manager at Tarkett, where productivity and cutting efficiency were enhanced through Lean methodologies, and Operations Manager at Continental and PACCAR Engine Company, focusing on compliance, quality, and innovative processes to reduce costs.
