Timothy Frankland

Timothy Frankland is a seasoned research analyst and programmer with extensive experience in health and education research. Since July 2015, Timothy has been with Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research, contributing as a Research Analyst/Programmer III. Prior to this role, Timothy served as a Research Consultant at Frankland Consulting LLC, specializing in data, economic, and statistical analysis. Timothy's background includes working as a Data Specialist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on Medicaid Incentives for Preventing Chronic Diseases, and holding positions in financial analysis and management with a variety of companies such as UNC Greensboro, Commonwealth Financial Network, Fidelity Investments, and Investors Bank & Trust. Timothy holds an MA in Applied Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BS in Management from Case Western Reserve University, along with additional educational experiences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Harvard Extension School.
