Roy Pardee

Roy Pardee is an experienced Data Architect at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute since October 2011, focusing on enhancing data warehousing, metadata management, and data governance to improve multi-site research project efficiency. Prior roles include serving as VOC Co-Lead at HMO Research Network, where Roy led technical operations for the VDW Implementation Group, and as Technical Specialist at Group Health Cooperative, providing technical leadership for a cross-site Virtual Data Warehouse. Early career experience includes database programming at Lockheed-Martin Missiles & Space and research assistance at the University of Arizona. Roy holds a J.D. and M.A. in Psychology, Public Policy & Law from the University of Arizona and a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University, complemented by additional coursework in Data Science and R Computing.
