Dahlia Elkinawy

Dahlia Elkinawy currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy and Performance Improvement at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to formulate strategies for organizational objectives and overseeing performance improvement training and project teams. Previously, Dahlia led a team of data consultants in hospital data reporting for the San Diego Service Area and managed a portfolio of projects aimed at reducing readmissions while achieving significant cost savings. Earlier career experience includes project leadership during an Admin Resident role and support for consulting projects as a Business Solutions Intern at COPE Health Solutions. Dahlia holds a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Near Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
