Dan Silva

Dan Silva is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Sr Lead Engineer at Montbleau & Associates since March 2023, Dan previously held the position of Project Manager at Seeley Brothers from June 2022 to April 2023. Dan's career includes significant roles at RetroLock Corp (RLC) as both a Millwork Project Manager and Computer Aided Design Manager from December 2019 to June 2022, as well as a Lead Engineer at Tandem Exhibits for a brief period in 2021. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager positions at WB Powell (November 2016 - December 2019) and Teichman Enterprises Inc. (September 2004 - June 2016), along with a Project Manager role at LaBruna Industries from September 1996 to September 2004.
